my page has appeared on as irrelevent posts on blogs and is part of links back to my page which is helping my pagerank. so i would say it has helped me. there are some blogs where i have posted and it did nothing for my page. so go ahead and post on a bunch of blogs and you’ll have some returns for it.

Hey Stephen, My recommendation is that you set up a blog using automated blog posting software. Listen, I've tried them all. The best on the market is WP Robot. Give it a shot, i guarantee you will not regret it. I have over 40 automated blogs live right now. Like you, time is a major issue for me. I design websites and do offline SEO for clients. I don't have the time to post to all my blogs. That's why I automated the process... and have not looked back!

and I have to analyze how much time someone spend on internet.
There are websites which are a guilty pleasure, but there are websites which only have a visits duration of 20 seconds.
I would like to know how much time do you spend on internet (day/week/month).
