Internet Marketers everywhere are up in arms about FTC Disclosure Guidelines that go into effect on December 1, 2009. But will these FTC rules mean the end of Internet Marketing.

Rather than rely on conjecture, forums comments, blurbs from “Gurus” and other non-legal opinions, you can find links here to credible resources that will help you navigate through this Internet Marketing transition phase.

Having come from a highly regulated industry prior to starting my Internet career, I am well aware of the angst created when a regulatory body decides to crack down (or in this case enforce rules that have been around for a while).
